Problem with password.asp

I really don't know why, but everytime, when i'm trying to get into password.asp its redirecting me to Default.asp.
What should I do??
Do i need to change something in the ADMIN SECTION???

to use password.asp, you have to have email enabled

David K is right, you'll only get redirected to default.asp if you do not have email enabled.

Admin Options -> Email Server Configuration. Set Email Mode to On and then fill in the required text fields in that page, for server address and admin's email address.

it's so annoing that i'm about about 7-10 hours of time diffrence from about 90% of the people here.
