I am using the forum on our Intranet so we wanted to use the NT authentication. I set it up and it work OK for a little while then all the sudden for no apparent reason I get this error and can't use it:Provider error '80004005'

Unspecified error

/forum/inc_top.asp, line 42

Line 42 seens to be about the NT authentication.

Any help would be appreciated,

Line 42 in inc_top.asp is:

my_Conn.Open strConnString


looks like you can't connect to the database anymore.

That's odd, nothing has changed.

How do you determine what line number is what info? Sorry for the stupid question but I was trying to just count them manually

I use EditPad Lite ( http://www.editPadLite.com/ ) a nice, free texteditor with line-numbers.
