Did a search and couldn't find this anywhere, but I'm looking for some kind of manager for the "Click Link in Email to Finalize Registration" feature.
The problem lies in the fact that I seem to have a decent amount of users who are not clicking this email, and the Pending Members add up. What I think would be nice is the following...
VARIABLES:
ResendDays - If this many days old, resend the registration message
ResendLimit (optional) - Number of times to resend before deleting the pending member
DeleteDays - If this many days old, delete the pending member
BUTTONS:
Resend - Will use "ResendDays" and "ResendLimit" in determining what to send
Delete - Will use "DeleteDays" to determine who to delete
I think having a "SentCount" and a "SentDate" column in the Pending Members table might be beneficial to this as well...then we can not only track how many times it's been resent, but when the last time was.
Thoughts? Has anyone done this already? |
