Does anybody have a rating and review application that is integrated or used with Snitz 3.4.03?

I have been unsuccessful in attempting to modify HuwR's star rating and review script that he has for rating his web links. See it at:

Basically, I want to rate and review "stuff" using a 5 star system like his. I want to keep the application integrated with Snitz so that people must login first before they can rate something.

Anybody have an idea on how I could do this??
