How many of you are using the argosoft e-mail server?

I am and I love it!!!!

BUT!

The web interface sucks

I was looking to snaz it up and improve it some and was looking for anything that was already in work or done.

I used to use argosoft , but one day it just stopped working, and just couldn't hack it any more. I now use Merak Mail Server and IceWarp for the webmail interface, it is a lot faster and the web mail interface is great

We use Lyris. Oops, ignore that. I thought you were talking about email list servers.

I use Mercury.

http://www.pmail.com

It's great, handles large loads easily, has most of the functionality of the argosoft server, and is free. It doesn't have native NT service support, which can be frusrating at times, but you can use FireDaemon Service Manager to run it like a service.

Mercury also has an IMAP server, which I access through a PHP webmail interface like Squirrelmail or IMP (horde.org). IMP is my favorite webmail interface, it's slick, and has calendar, tasks, notes, and address book add-ons.
