The file inc_code.asp has been replaced with inc_code.js, it has no callsqincludes in any files used in the forum.
why is it in there?
I wouldn't think it would be for compatability, because the new .js file seems compatible.
Can it be deleted? (I renamed it and nothing seemed to happen)

i understand that this applies to pop_icon_legend.asp as well, right?

Not exactly. It's use depends on "Show Smilies Table:" setting in admin_config_features.asp...
