At websamba, should I make it be...

strDBType = "mysql"

and

strConnString = "driver=http://www.websamba.com;server=http://www.websamba.com;uid=MY USERNAME;pwd=MY PASSWORD;database=www.dirtbike.tk" '## MS SQL Server 6.x/7.x/2000 (ODBC connection)

would that work, is that how it should be?

Try using one of the Access 2000 strConnStrings and the Access strDBType. I'm not sure websamba offers MySQL databases, but Access shouldn't be a problem.

There's an Access database in the ZIP file that you downloaded, together with the rest of the files. Rename the .MDB (that's the Access database) file and get the correct path to the database using the whereami.asp file that's located in the Tools.zip file. Then take the path and the new name of the .MDB file and put those in the correct strConnString.
