As a person who is translating I know that EVERY allignment setting has to be changed, edit boxes of things like email (things that are in english) should have a dir=LTR on them
Usernames don't have to be in english.
I belive, in order to save time and server resources, it should have a simple function and and in value
E.g. intReverseDisplay
That should take care of 99.9 of the alignment issues with Hebrew Arabic and the like.
Another tiny thing that needs to be taken care of is the "go to top of page" link and image, it should be on the opposite site of the page.
this can be taken care of by two simple if sentences in inc_footer.asp
