Would it be possible for me to "give" the ranks to my members instead of earning them? I want there to be like a points scale if they have 0 points they are "noob", they get 1 point they are a "beginner", 3 points "Gettin there", 5 points "About to boom".... etc.
Would this be possible? I don't really like the "50 posts and you go up a level" thing. I want to reward people for good ideas or winning a contest or being helpful. Not for flooding my forum or just being active but not saying anything important! Do ya know what I mean

How hard would it be for me to refresh it for 3.4 I'm not a master at ASP, but I know enough to get me by! And if it doesn't work than I'll get my friend to help, he is a master ASP-ist. And on the mod where I rate the member, does my rating show up as the tag in the forum?
