I have a forum here and I need to have a one more guy to be something like a global moderator, meaning he can moderate all the forum. Can anyone help me create a new type of user group, instead of the default 3?

That would mean extensive changes to the code. It's easier to add that user individually to each forum.

thanks anyway but if i do so, won't it look cluttered up if his nick appears all through the default.asp page

Turn off the option to show Moderators on the default.asp page :)
