This is an update of Kovan's Complain to Moderator MOD.

I'm so used to posting MODs with code, it didn't even dawn on me until after I made the post that I wasn't including code with this one. Actually, you saved me from deleting and reposting. Btw, I've removed the link from a couple of other MODs I've 'refreshed' as well.

It is not available for download. Per Alex's original post "Available to previous MOD author".

There is a Flag MOD available that performs a similar function to this MOD.
