Thanks. I will try that. Yes I did copy the register.asp from the zip. Should I have not done that? Should I revert to the original register.asp file in the forum code? I think I might have done something wrong because once I reset the cookies on my computer I cannot see the default.asp page but if I go directly to members.asp it recognizes my NT number and lets me in.
And once again I really appreciate all your help. Its wonderful that I can discuss with someone the diificulties I am encountering. I am doing this for the first time and I really appreciate all the help I can get.
Hey @tomic, you forgot to add some comments around some code in pop_profile.asp in the file you uploaded in the zip, it starts on line 1260 and ends on line 1276. Just thought i'd let you know. Thanks for the MOD :) i love it.
