Okay, folks, this is my situation. Have all the stuff downloaded. The site uses MySQL. It is my own domain. I just started wanting to get serious about my site, after years of editing other's. But I lack knowledge.
I have created an empty database. I have a cgi-bin folder. I have an awesome text editor. So what now?
So, I assume I ftp all this stuff up, but then how do I "start" it? I realize that this is a vague question and I am prepared to be flamed, rididuled, and made fun of. So, fire away.
Need help.
