This can be done intentionally, but some of the pages do not include description (ALT text) part, although some do have... Examples of them are "All Forums" in the hierarchy, help text, etc...
Because these text have to be taken out to the language file, I need to double check them. If there is no reason to leave them empty, I'll also try to fill them with some global values.
