Here is an update... still working thru some bugs... I ended up having to rewrite most of it.

It is packed with new features so IMHO, it will be worth the wait.

I will do a beta soon on it, so if you want to be a beta site... just reply to this topic.

Since I have received a lot of mail about this, I thought I would give everyone an update.

The beta should be out very soon... it is a real beta which means that 90% of the bugs should already be resolved. The beta will be to catch any I overlooked and to get feedback for any last minute UI changes.

The feature list includes:

1. You can add avatar to your site (of course)

2. Avatars can be added in 3 ways

* Uploaded by Admin
* Uploaded by User
* User defined URL

3. Admin can make certain Avatars available after a certain # of posts

4. Admin can make User Upload and User URL available after a certain # of posts

5. Streamlined and easy to use Admin screen

Those are the high points...

Again, sorry for the delay, but it is basically a total rewrite.
