i want to let moderator to move topic from 1 forum to another forum which is in differ cat.

how ?

tell them to edit the topic and select another forum from the select box called "forum"

He just needs to edit the topic and then choose then choose the forum he wants from the Forum drop-down box.

i just check what u said, but the problem it does not show the forums.

You need to have that setting set to Off.
