We use a custom pop emailer on our site. It would be handy if the pop_emailer.asp page reference could be set via an Application or db variable.

I will implement this for my site, but then have to change it every time I update Snitz - that's why I was hoping for something like a variable stored within DB for this.

It would also be nice if the email this page function worked for pages of topics, and pages of categories, rather than just for individual topics - there might be times when I'd like to send something besides just an individual topic page.

If you add something to the database(like a new field or table), upgrading the forum will not affect it.

No, but I'd still have to upgrade the code every time to use an application variable name instead of the hard-coded pop_emailer.asp page.

Yes, you would have to do that.

Obviously, this is very picky of me, but the goal of this forum is to say things I wish were in Snitz, so I am.
