Just so y'all know, some of the fixes that we are going to make to v3.4 will not be documented, and as such, you'll need to overwrite your files.
So, EVERYONE should wait until we get all of the bugs fixed before adding MODS to v3.4, unless you are comfortable with comparing 2 files and making the changes manually.
Does this mean you're going to release v3.4.1 with several changes, many of which you aren't including in the bug fix list? So, those of us who have started tweaking 3.4 to fit into our sites are in trouble, huh? |

Will you at least release a list of files that have changed, so we don't have to look thru each file? |

I had not planned to. I really wish y'all had waited before hacking away at changing the files. |

Well, that's my problem, not yours. I can hack away again once the new one is released. For me, it's been important just to get under the hood and actually look at the code to get comfy with it (my first time playing with Snitz at all).
So, I'm not upset - I know which files I've changed. :) Thanks for letting us know this now, before I made too many more changes. |

I'm very happy to tweak, reupload, and tweak again. I was running 3.3.05, and I just couldn't wait to start using 3.4. Already, having 3.4 has improved my productivity so much, and it feels so cool just to use it. So it's worth whatever extra work just to be able to use it a few days early. Besides, and this is actually a big point, I'm learning a lot about this code by peeking inside.
I think Richard, Huw, Rui, and the others really have their hands full right now. I really feel like I'm using a wonderful product when I'm using Snitz.
Again, great work DEV Team. |

You can always use the "fc" command to compare 3.4 and 3.4.1 to see where the changes are. |

I actually saved all my modded files in a separate folder just for this reason... and I also have the "virgin" files put aside as well... |

oh by the way... when should we expect this 3.4.1 version to be released? |

Does that mean that fc is a DOS command? You know us younger generation never had the privelage of working in DOS. XP doesn't even have DOS. |

fc works in XP.
Just goto a command prompt and type:
fc /?
to see the help for it. |
