Hi...

How can I tell what version I currently have installed & whats the best way to upgrade?

I have modded the look very slightly (wall paper etc...)

Will i loose these settings.

Choose Admin Options->Main Forum Configuration, and you'll have version info there.

All mods will be lost, yes. There may be problems with the mods unused fields with the new version, but I'm not sure about it. I suggest that you create a test forum, with a copy of your live database and try it before making the final move.

Haven't installed any db mods.
Can fix html mods easily.

I'll install over & see what happens!
