Is there such a thing as "top sticky" anymore?

If not how are the sticky's sorted?

You have to turn on the sticky topics feature. Stickys are sorted by post date (newest on top) if I'm correct.

With the original sticky mod, there was an option to make a topic the "top sticky", whereby it would always be the first sticky listed no matter what. You could set a sticky to be "top sticky" through post.asp or through the pop-up from forum.asp.

"top sticky" was part of a MOD not part of the base code.
