I cant turn on "Send Random Password:"

When i click "On" and then "submit new congig"

I get the configeration posted message
But if i open "Email Server Configuration " it's still on off....
And I test a regester new user to check i get the following message

"Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Field 'FORUM_MEMBERS.M_PASSWORD' cannot be a zero-length string.
