Don't know if it's a bug... but when I try a "search" in this board I get the following error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'cLng'
/forum/search.asp, line 800 |

Another "strange thing":
I think the "include signature" in topic.asp has to be enabled by default ... User will always forget to check it... |

Try anything with a single quote in it Huwr, actually anything right now is throwing that error. Posibbly the change to remove the member dropdown list caused it ? |

Yeah, searching for "a", Search by Member "grand" I got the same error. If I out on Search by Member "grandmaster" It works.
As I can see its looking for a user grand that doesn't exist and then it gives an error. |

Why? I personally never use a signature and don't think I should have to uncheck it every time. I think it's a good thing if they forget it. |

The search.asp file that is on THIS FORUM, is not going to be released with v3.4. As such, I don't see it as a bug that should be posted in the Bug Reports forum. |

Try reading some of the posts on the forums, there was a very long discussion about this yesterday You do not have to put your sig in everything you post |
