So, what is the problem? If you have Access 2000, convert it. It will work better than with the Access 97 format.

I have included the file <!--#INCLUDE FILE="inc_adovbs.asp"-->
so far so good. It works but with this way I can only see one topic at a time (like we started for some time a go) if I do like you says and only uses rsChk.open strSql, my_Conn
and no more it works fine I can see all the topics. What do you suggest that I can do?

I canīt registrate a new member.
ADODB.Connection.1 error '80004005'
SQLState: S1000
Native Error Code: -3702
[INTERSOLV][ODBC SequeLink driver][ACCESS][Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Field 'FORUM_MEMBERS.M_SIG' cannot be a zero-length string.
/forum34/register.asp, line 584
The line is:
my_Conn.Execute (strSql),,adCmdText + adExecuteNoRecords

There is a button. I'm gonna have a look.

I couldn't get the search page. Got an unsupported lock type message. Maybe remove the strings altogether.

We'll need to review this.

Roger,

Read this: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=33368#164853

Are you sure you included the inc_adovbs.asp file correctly?

Yes and it works fine but with the strange thing that I only can see one topic at a time
(you know there we started this topic-discussion)
When I included the line I did not have to change something else in the asp-files, the forum works fine but with the strange topic review.
I talked with tech at space2u and they say that the Apache server is 1.3.26 and Chilli!Soft-Asp version is 3.6.2

Roger,

Please upgrade to 3.4.01 and I will look at it then.

Nevertheless, I have a suspicion the issue may be related with jumping to last post. I only had problems at your forum while jumping to last post. Please confirm that's the case.

If this is the case I think it will be very easy to fix.

What about the answer to my question regarding this happening with Jumping to Last Post?

Also I'm not sure I understand that remark about seeing a single topic. Can you specify what you mean with that?
