My forum has now become very popular but for some strange reason falls over now and again with time out errors.

The ISP seem to think it is due to the access back end and want me to swap it to SQL.

I have tried this but using the upsizer from access 2000 to SQL gives me an error.

What does this mean, what should I do ?

That is definitely not the way to migrate to SQL Server. If you do that you'll get into an endless list of problems. Here is a post about the correct way to upgrade:
