The beta of Turkish LangPack is in the distributed v4bx packages. Because I use Turkish LangPack as a testbed, the Lang1055.asp file will be the most current. I did not include that LCID in the "Start Here" topic (see the link in my signature) because I did not translate the admin part yet. Also there are some problems with post fixes (like "bozden'e" which becomes "hasan'e" etc).
So you can use v4b03.004 as an equivatent to v3.3.05 (don't forget to apply the patches)...
