maybe someone could make a mod that a moderator could do anyhthing in the forum itself but he cant access the admin home?
like lock and delete members, lock and delete forums and more stuff?
can someone do that?

just start looking for areas in code where mLev=4 and change it to mLev >=3

this is the approach I have used. I know a mod would be nice but its hard to define exactly what you want your mods to do and not do in ONE mod.
