that site uses the left-side navigation that Nathan has been giving away of the past months, and then he modified the width and added custom images to the top and bottom of the forums. You can do the same if you edit inc_top.asp and inc_footer.asp. There are several topics on how to add a left-side navigation and on how to change the width of the forums, so please do a search.
