is there a way to make a topic stick to the top all the time ?

Is there any way that Stickies can be made PERMANENTLY at the top?

With the current version I have installed if the stickies are older than the display date (Last 30 days for example) then they disappear, which is, in most cases, not what I am in need of. What changes need to be made? and have they already been done in an updated MOD?
