Thanks Man!!! But did you know where I could get Huw´s File Library MOD without missing files or any other errors (I'm not thinking about code errors).

No problems. 
I saw version 1.0 of the File Library system over at the Mod Exchange.
Huw has withdrawn his File Library as a free-standing mod, until the 3.4 version of the forum is out (if I remember correctly). The mod is still part of HuwR's Portal Mod, though.

The mod is included in his portal mod, but you can't find it separately there. You can either use the portal mod to get his file library, or extract the files and code changes by hand (not sure how extensive the changes are).
It's better if you go to http://www.magicmushroom.org.uk and look there. Others have asked the same there, I think.
