you might want to slow down the fade a little bit. I clicked on welcome and was taken here: http://www.bhabus.com/forums/view_announcements.asp
You just have to click on it before it starts fading away.
Sure I will. I was just testing the speed.
Thanks Check this out.

Richard, I got the links to finally work. Excellent work on this. I really like the pop-up instead. Adds a professional looking touch. Keep up the great work on all of your mods. |

Richard, Feel free to see what I have done with my forum. I have used a few of your mods (which I like a lot, btw) I tried not to get too far off base with my mods as the site basically revolves around the forums.

You just need to change the end date of the announcement so it will show again. |

Try changing it to Jul 28, 2001. For the time I used 000001 so if you have Jul 27,2001 as the end date, it expires Jul 27, 2001 at 1 second past midnight. I know it's kinda confusing. |

ok, found your problem.
Since you have been adding stuff to the inc_fader.asp, you need to change the following also:
intI = 3
you should change it to the next higher # than what you are using for the links you entered manually.
In your case it should be:
intI = 5

Richard,
Just a quick question about the fader. How do you make it so the announcements show in the fader? I have tried but can not get the actual announcements to show up in the fader.
I have played with it and got the link to work to the view_announcements.asp, but only want to be able to show a single announcement in the fader. Is this at all possible?

I just tried all of the links and they work just fine. Which link is supposedly not working? Just posting "the link is broken" doesn't tell me much.
