Yes, you should use the AllPost40b03patches.zip file. Just download it and overwrite your current files with the files in the zip. If you have any mods installed you need to install the mod changes to those files again.
Maybe it is a better idea to relase v4b03.004 as a current package. The security related problems can be an headacke if some people dare to use a beta version on their sites.

Yeah, I guess that is a good idea. I would do it, but I cannot access the forum to provide the link. It won't be such a big deal, if this takes a couple weeks more.
