Hey guys. I'm running 1.5 forums across 2 sites. They're the same forum, but certain forums are only viewable on each site. If you're on one forum, and you go to the other through a link, it logs you out and back in again. I'm trying to avoid that, as it is just one session. Anyone know how to do something like this?
If they are then theres not a lot you can do to prevent the user from being logged out at the second domain name, however this should only happen on their first visit if the click the save password box when logging on.
Even though its the same forums your sending the user to a new site as far as the browsers concerned. I have the same thing at www.eq-halo.com and www.daoc-halo.com they are actually both exactly the same forums/code etc just under different domain names
