I think that the person wishes to have a mod to use in order to ban certain IPs from his forums.
A further guess would be that he is either in a real big hurry, or just has 10 people that he wishes to ban already...

is where you find it. it handles 5 ips and 5 ip ranges. if you need 10 and 10 coverage email me and i will send you the modified 10 and 10 file to add.

What can i say david, the anonymous access mod is awesome and ban ips is just part of it.

Your site offers excellent insights into improving the base code to individuals needs, great stuff.
Here's an idea:
How about a static (watermark) background on your pages?
It would look as though the page elements are sinking deeper as you scrolled down.

I think I did it that way originally, but I didn't like the static background. But I'll try it again and see if it will change my mind.
