On the All Forums page it shows 11 topics for a particular forum, but when you go there it's empty.
Any sugestions VERY welcome.

Have you checked the time in the select box on the right side of the page above the forum table? It's very well possible that you have it set to "show topics of the last 7 days". If there are topics in that forum that are 8 days or older, they won't show unless you change the selected option in that select box.
