Is there any mod that we can add to snitz, so that if customer logs in for support a ticket no. will be generated automaticaly. Then a customer support can reply to this need by entering the ticket no.

I have seen such scripts at places like www.aspin.com and there are somewhat similar MODs here in the archives. One was a sort of work order MOD for moderators that could probably be fiddled with a bit. Complain to Moderator could also be modified just slightly to do what you want.
