Borders can be done by creating a template page with a table and including a border page in a left table cell by using the include statement in that cell. example:

<table border="0" width="100%" align="center">
<tr>

<td valign="top" width=180">
<!--#INCLUDE FILE="leftborder.asp" -->
</td>

<td valign="top" width="100%">
</td>

</tr></table>

I don't quite understand.

I made a page inc_left.asp but am not quite clear what you mean by a template page.
Where do I put the include for the left_inc.asp?

Please could you help a little more?

Thanks

DL

Read this topic:
http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&whichpage=2&TOPIC_ID=16675

Just yesterday someone else told me that that was the topic where his/her answer was found and by golly, it's the same question as you have.

Just a question on the side: did you try doing a search on the forums?

O.K. Thanks. I'll read thru' that and see if I can't fathom it out.

It's a bit new to me.

I tried a search on the forums but I had some trouble with the pages timing out. I found a list of topics but after I had read one and thought I woild be returning to the results I ended back at the home page and had to search again.

Thanks for the help.

DL
