There is any way or MOD to force the people that make a post or reply a post to be subscripted automatically to this post?

That would kill your forum very quick. Even a dedicated server may have problems sending the ammount of email that would generate!

Have a look at this MOD. It doesn't force subscription, but sets it as default. (I think this is what it does, but haven't tried it)
