On the MEMBERS page where it has everyones user names etc.

It has 2 sections:
LAST VISIT and
LAST POST

Now......... I have a few people who have their LAST POST at date (lets say May 5th) unyet their last visit was May 4th !!!!!!!!!!

This in effect means that they have posted a message on my forum WITHOUT actually visiting my forum !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think something is amiss here !

They can post messages without actually logging in, via the username and password prompts on post.asp

That is why you see this discrepency.

Also the last visit date marks the date for the last login. Imagine that since your last login you stayed on the site time enough for the date to change and then you post a message (login at 23.45, post at 00:05, for example). Then you'll get a discrepancy like this one, and it does make sense...
