how about a anouncment in help-forums
so when clicking "announcing : pefore posting read this"
(as sticky topic)
a windows open with the text
before posting a question, go to search and enter keyword.
like pagename (topic.asp) or error or mod
if still no help found post..
i see that many posts are twice or more time..
would this a solution to minimize it a bit?
