I have a need for the moderators to upload a document on some of their post for visitors to download. Is this possible....and if so how do I do this function.

BTW...this is a great software system..you should be very proud!!!

There is a mod for uploading in general, but it is currently out of distrobution.

It might be put back into distrobution after 3.4 is released.
