One question, has anybody other than me bothered to look where the image is being sourced from ? since it obviously not being uploaded.

The image comes from here http://www.bayedesign.com/depo/bayrak_turk.gif

which appears to be a legitimate site, so I have emailed them and I will see what happens

thanks huwr - just been looking there myself and why I left it up !! wasn't exactly sure where to start - just wanted to alert you guys - will pop back to see if you have any joy - thanks again

can someone tell me where the access logs are for the board ?

Talk to your host. They can provide you with the web server logs.
