There is no automatic archiving of topics. Just go to the drop down box at the top right corner and select Show All Topics. Then you'll see all the topics regardless of the date in which they were posted.
hmm.. I kinda understand what your saying. So basically this is a cookie on the client side which set to show only topics from X amount of days. Is there a way I can disable this, so it "shows all topics" all the time instead of "show topic from last 30..20..10 days etc...".
