I found that with Brinkster aswell!

You can try deleting the snitz cookies on your computer. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser.

Check for frames. I had the same problem (though I'm not on Brinkster) and it was only when someone went to my forum from a webpage that was using frames and putting the forum INTO a frame. Also if you have a registered domain name and have a feature like URLKeeper enabled (it keeps your www.mysite.com name in the address bar no matter where on the site you are) ... it does this by putting any subsequent pages and subpages of the same site into one big frame.
One way to check for this is to go to the URL for your forum that you've been posting/linking/giving to people and then go to "View" and "View Source" in your internet browser menu bar. If the resulting text that pops up doesn't look like your forum's code but actually looks more like something like this:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" lang="en-US"><head><title>mysite.com</title> <meta name="keywords" content="" /> <meta name="robots" content="index,follow" /> <meta name="description" content="" /> <meta name="generator" content="DomainDirect Forwarding" /> </head><frameset framespacing="0" border="0" rows="100%,*" cols="100%" frameborder="no"> <frame name="DDIRECTXYZZY2" noresize scrolling="auto" src="http://sc-123-45-6-789.socal.rr.com/"> <frame name="DDIRECTXYZZY" scrolling="no" noresize> <noframes> <h1><a href="http://sc-123-45-6-789.socal.rr.com/">www.mysite.com</a></h1> Please <a href="http://sc-123-45-6-789.socal.rr.com/">click here</a> to view the non-framed version. <hr> </noframes></frameset></html>
... then you're actually viewing the code for the frames and your forum is just being displayed in a big frame instead of it standing alone in the browser.
In short, check for frames ... frames will screw up da cookie name that Snitz will look for.
Somethin' to check.

Search isn't broken, it will timeout if your search is too broad. Make your search more spacific to speed it up.

I have my url redirected to another site, so i can keep my url in the address bar, and host the site elsewere, is there no way around it, without getting rid of my frame. It would cost me too much to move the domain name to the my host server before it the renewal is up.
thanks paul

are you using the files that have been hacked to specially work for Brinkster? if not, that could be your problem... i use the forums on brinkser, and they work fine (the hacked version, anyway - the regular version won't even upload correctly).
