I´m sorry, but can someone please explain MOD for me. I´m really new to this....
So I don´t have MOD installed yet, I have to do it myself or??? And if I want to add something what do I do???

MOD means modification.

You can download and add these modifications as you see fit. There are also a few versions of MODed forums available for you to download if that's easier and the MODs fit your wish list.
