Not really a bug but there is not a country "Yugoslavia" to choose when a user registers. I just got a message from someone from Yugoslavia so that's why I noticed :)

The contry list for version 3.4 I believe will be an officail list from the UN or somewhere. The contries on it are not picked arbatrarily.

If you want other contries on your list, you can add them.
