that if some one do a smilie with out [] it will be ? this :) will be ? and so on ? and to add a option under the Mode: and "Check here to include your profile signature." to have the option to disable the forum code ? so if some one will write :) it still be :) and not be this it is basible ? is a good thing no ? tanks !

It will be quite a lot of extra work to individualise that option per member, you'll need to add an extra column into forum_members, edit inc_profile.asp to add the option and then in inc_functions.asp in the smiles fuction check to see whether the member has the option set to on ot off. I may have missed a few changes but thats the gist of it.
