well.. i just want to ask a question about this Mod before i implement it in my forum.. which is how can this mod be effective? and in what it depends to ban users..? if it depends on IP there is some users have firewalls and some other things so they can mask there real spamming IP, sometimes people have always changing IP so how can we block those?
