I need help with a MOD that will allow only moderators to create topics in a desired catagory... Like, if I have a catagory that is for the news on my site, I'd like it so that only the moderators could create topics, but anyone could reply.

Is there a MOD like this, or anyone who can help with one?

yes there is a mod for this, you will need to look in the archives I think.

The MOD is called Posting Restrictions.

It was last updated for v3.3.03 by GauravBhabu.
