Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e37'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'FORUM_ONLINE'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.

/pf/inc_activeusers.asp, line 164

When I try to open forum, cames this error

Follow the directions in the order they are listed in the readme and this wont happen.

To fix it.

Find <!-- #include file="inc_activeusers.asp" --> in inc_top.asp and remove the "#"

Then go to admin options > mod setup and run the active users db setup.

Then go back to inc_top.asp and add the "#" back in.

And sorry, I read readme file... but inside redme file, there is no explanation like this one you give me...
