i got the icon manager 3.3 or wateva its called rite and i dun it now how do i add new icons.. help plz

1. you posted in the wrong forum. please try to choose a forum that fits the question next time
2. there should be a readme document with the mod. have you read it?

In the header of the table on the icon config page there should be a link that says somethign like "add icon"
